A complete restorative summer ritual to refresh and renew the back and face.  Perfect for post-beach days, end-of-trip self-care, or when your body just says “enough.”

A back massage unravels muscle tension while organic extracts of Jojoba, Arnica, Sambucus, Rose, Lavender, Blue Chamomile and Aloe instantly relieve overexposed and dehydrated skin. A cleansing and decongesting facial harnesses the power of hyaluronic acid with niacinamide in a biocellulose mask to provide intense hydration and restore nourishment lost from the skin barrier.

The Elevate Facial

Buccal (buh · kl) or intra-oral massage is a highly specialised facial that focuses not only the skin but deep, underlying structures of the facial muscles. This technique accesses and releases deep seated tension and emotional holding in the jaw and lower face muscles, addressing not only the skin but also the underlying musculature for a sculpted, lifted appearance while deeply relaxing.

This facial promotes lymphatic drainage, improves circulation, and reduces puffiness, while enhancing muscle tone and skin elasticity for a more structured and lifted effect.

Beautifully heated Greek volcanic stones create a deeply immersive massage with a combination of cold and hot stones to settle calm the nervous system.

Ideal for those with muscle tension, Myofascial cupping involves moving soft cups over an area, lifting the skin, fascia and muscles apart (a decompressive effect) which creates more space for tissue mobilty, meaning less restricted movement and pain.

This unique, negative pressure effect only found with cupping, also assists in breaking down small adhesions and kick-starts soft tissue healing in the area.

Non-aggressive silicone cupping is safe, painless and leaves no marks or bruising.
