My experience with the reflexology session was really great. I felt quite relaxed and from the last session I noticed that my diabetes was relatively consistent rather than having too many highs and lows. I'm expecting to see similar results again!

1st consultation appointment for children and young people accessing therapeutic reflexology 

Children's therapeutic reflexology consultation

Your first appointment is 90 minutes and includes a full consultation including medical history and aims for reflexology to enable me to complete a treatment plan for you. During your consultation you will also receive a full treatment where you will be seated comfortably on a reclining chair, your feet will then be cleansed and an aromatherapy wax will be applied to aid the manipulation. Gentle pressure will be used on your feet to access reflex points. 

Adult reflexology Consultation (1st appointment)

Hopi Ear Candling, otherwise known as thermal auricular therapy, is a relaxing, non-invasive therapy. Hopi candles are hollow tubes impregnated with honey, beeswax and healing herbs; one end of the candle is lit and the other end inserted into the ear. With ancient origins, Hopi Ear Candles have long been used to aid relaxation and help with a wide range of complaints such as 
Excessive or compacted wax in the ears
Sinusitis and rhinitis 
Glue ear
Headaches 
Migraines
Tinnitus 
Vertigo and Meniere's syndrome

Children's therapeutic reflexology is more specialist and includes theraplay, some teaching aspects for parents or carers and additional support for parent and client.

Reflexology is a wonderful holistic therapy that can be used to balance the body and promote the body to heal itself. Reflexes on the feet or hands, which mirror parts of the body, are gently stimulated during a treatment. It is commonly used to help with:
