Our infrared sauna can accommodate up to 3 people. 

During your session we have a shower available for you to use. We also ask that you bring a towel to sit on in the sauna & recommend you bring water with electrolytes to stay hydrated!

Pull on a pair, lay back in one of our recliner massage chairs and relax while allowing the boots to work their magic while you catch up on some emails or a tv show.

We have two ice baths which accomodate both beginners (average temp of 12°C) and also our hard-core ice bathers (average temp of 5°C) 🧊
