I have been to a few TRE sessions run by Marie. Everytime it has been an enjoyable experience. Its a very odd sensation when the shaking starts, but she is with you every step of the way, checking in and ensuring that you get the most out of the experience. After a difficult day, TRE is a great way to ground yourself and calm your system. I would recommend trying it.

This foot massage is received upon a massage couch, and only requires  you to remove your shoes and socks.
Unique thumb & finger pressing techniques  are applied to foot reflexes, that correspond to different  body parts, organs & glands.
Possible benefits include rebalances the energy system; enhances well-being; induces deep relaxation; reduces stress and the symptoms of stress; alleviates tension & pain; improves nerve & blood supply; maintains foot joint mobility.
