Back Massage

This massage is received upon a couch, and requires you to undress to  your underwear (removing bra).
Essential oils are chosen to suit your needs & blended in a base oil.
A combination of specific massage strokes & some acupressure are used to work upon the nervous, circulatory & energy systems.
Possible benefits include rebalances the energy system; enhances well-being; induces deep  relaxation; reduces stress and the symptoms of stress; alleviates tension and pain; calms nerves; stimulates circulatory; relieves muscular tension & pain and improves skin cell renewal.
The essential oils help with a great variety of different ailment - generally calming; stimulating or balancing; improve mood and reinforces the effects of massage.

Aromatherapy Massage 

This full body massage is received upon a futon, and you remain clothed (comfortable stretchy clothing) for. 
It uses a combination of acupressure & assisted stretches, which are applied along the energy lines.  
Possible benefits include rebalances the energy system; enhances well-being; increases energy levels; reduces stress and the symptoms of stress; maintains joint mobility; relieves muscular tension & pain. 
With regular treatments this massage may deepen breathing, improve flexibility, range of motion, posture & body awareness.

Thai Yoga Massage

This foot massage is received upon a massage couch, and only requires  you to remove your shoes and socks.
Unique thumb & finger pressing techniques  are applied to foot reflexes, that correspond to different  body parts, organs & glands.
Possible benefits include rebalances the energy system; enhances well-being; induces deep relaxation; reduces stress and the symptoms of stress; alleviates tension & pain; improves nerve & blood supply; maintains foot joint mobility.
Can be a suppportive treatment for the terminally ill, alongside medical care.
