Sports massage uses a combination of Swedish and remedial techniques in the treatment of injuries. Sports massage has a key role to play in preparation, recovery and injury prevention and can help restore normal muscular function reduced by muscle spasm. Techniques include compressive effleurage, cross fibre friction, trigger point therapy and tapotement. Can be used pre or post event to aid training, rehabilitation and performance. 

Sports Massage

Targeted treatment focusing on the deeper muscle layers and connective tissue using slower strokes, targeted Swedish and Myofascial stripping. 

Deep Tissue Massage

Combines the benefits of thermotherapy (heat application) with massage strokes, using stones to create a deep, relaxing and healing treatment.

 Swedish full body massage. Using a range of techniques such as effleurage, friction, petrissage and tapotement. Relaxing massage using beneficial grapeseed oil to tone, moisturise and improve skin. This is a great stress relieving lighter form of massage and will improve circulation while releasing tension.
