Ayurvedic Ear or Nose treatment- Nasya/Karna purana 

Cupping therapy used for Myofascial trigger point release is combined with deep tissue and remedial techniques to increase blood circulation. Cupping is similar to a reverse massage where it relieves muscle tension, improving overall blood flow and promoting cell repair. Recomended for Muskuloesketal pain, headaches and migraines.

Warm oil is poured into a circle of dough on a specific body location and left for half an hour to be absorbed by the tissues. Ayurvedic Eye treatment- Netra tarpana

A traditional ayurvedic practice that promotes lymphatic cleansing, supporting the natural process of detoxification in the body. Recommended if you are feeling sluggish, lethargic, have constipation or have a taxed immune system. Also, great for late winter into spring, when Kapha can be accumulated in the lymph and create stagnation. It is performed using raw silk gloves to brush the skin firmly and quickly. This is a great ad on before any massage, particularly Abhyanga.

Ayurvedic Dry Massage Garshana

A treatment that stimulates the lymphatic system aims to help the body maintain proper blood circulation, body fluid balance, and immune functions. It can help with swelling, fluid retention, and poor immune system, and it's effective as a preventative and postoperative rehabilitation treatment.

The session will work on all your body and mind layers, using movement, different breathing techniques, marma therapy, myofascial release, and massage to clear stagnant areas, activate specific energies, and release tension. 

At the end of the session, integration is needed, and relaxation and meditation techniques will be used to help you feel more centred and at ease. 
Each session is tailored to your specific needs and will evolve over time, ultimately helping you access a deep state of relaxation and find a sense of inner peace and balance that you can carry with you into your daily life.
