First ever sports massage or massage ever for that matter. Very thorough consultation before massage which is needed to know how to adjust the session so your are  not in pain. Went in without expectations as massage is not a cure for pain, it’s to help relieve pain. Very friendly , chatty, opted for no music but chit chat. Found a lot more knots that I thought I had , any painful knots were vocalised and listens to by Maria and pressure adjusted as needed. Defo will come back again. 

First time with Maria. She was very welcoming and made sure I was comfortable. Had a deep tissue massage. Her technique gets right into the tension areas. Very relaxing time and I nodded off for a few minutes.  Extremely pleased and recommend highly.

Pregnancy massage is a great way to relieve those aches and pains and nice little treat during pregnancy.

My pregnancy massage is done lying down on the couch. To begin with you'll be on your back, propped up so that you are not flat, while I massage your neck, arms, hands and feet. I will then ask you to turn on your side while I work on your back and legs and then the same again on the other side.
I will make sure that you're cosy with lots of pillows for support, including  a pillow between your knees and ankles to keep you hips aligned and a pillow for under your bump. In the winter  months I will pop on the heated blanket too to keep you nice and warm.
My pregnancy Massage appointments are 60 minutes and generally we will work the whole body as this is more  of a relaxation treatment.
