Hi Michelle, I’m sad to read this 3* review, as when you left the salon you expressed how pleased you were with your nails and the process, even mentioning this to my client in the waiting area, and leaving a 5* review. I’m not quite sure what you mean in regards to the soak off, but your previous BIAB was very thick, and if I’d have removed it completely, we wouldn’t of had time to complete your nails which was explained to you. Instead, I removed the bulk of the product, leaving the excess flush to the nail, and prepped as normal. The only difference this would make, is that the result is ever so slightly thicker than I would prefer, which we decided was better then you leaving with bare nails. If you had contacted me at the time I would’ve been more than happy to rectify any issues with your nails. I take so much pride in my work, and I want every client to be happy with their nails after every appointment. Please get in touch if you’d like to discuss this further.

The lady was good,  but on reflection,  I think the soak off should have been done completely and she might have explained the time issue at the beginning. Also one of the nails is coming off.

Nail repairs are free for 72 hours after the service. All other nail repairs have a £5 charge. 

* Nail repairs are only valid for 2 weeks after the original service. Anything after this will need a removal & full set.

A stunning manicure which dries instantly so you don’t have to worry about smudging! Leaving you with glossy, tidy nails for at least 2 weeks. 

Gel Polish 

A quick an efficient way to keep your nails looking neat and tidy. 

Includes cuticle prep, nail shaping, buffing, cuticle oil and a hand massage. 

*Please note no polish is applied during this service.  

Mini Manicure
