Cancellation Policy for Life Coaching Services: Narcissistic Abuse Recovery

At MamiSoTrue Life Touch, we understand that the journey to recovery from narcissistic abuse can be unpredictable, and circumstances may arise that require you to change or cancel your scheduled sessions. To ensure a respectful and fair process for all our clients, we have established the following cancellation policy:

Notice Requirement
We kindly request that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer that time slot to another client who may be in need of support.

Cancellation Fee
If a session is canceled with less than 24 hours' notice, a cancellation fee of 50% of the session cost will be charged. This fee helps us manage our scheduling and resources effectively, ensuring we can continue to provide quality care for all our clients.
