Hello I'm Lou, I've been working as a MakeUp Artist for the last twenty years and specialised in green beauty for fifteen of those.

I have a real passion for skin and have been training in many different skin treatments. I've combined all of these to create my bespoke holistic facials which I offer from my home studio in South East London/Bromley.

Using some of my favourite organic and conscious skincare products, I tailor the facial to suit you.

I'll send a questionnaire beforehand to tailor the consultation, then during this virtual session, we’ll cover –

A skin analysis to help assess your current skincare routine and work out what is working and what isn’t working for you. 

I can give you product swaps but also help you to use what you already have, so products or money are not wasted.

I’ll recommend a routine to address any skin concerns along with a tailored massage to incorporate within it.

Basic nutritional advice for skin if needed (I am not a nutritionist but have a Level 5 Diploma in Nutrition.)

I’ll send follow up notes with links to products with some special discount codes, and also any further reading that I think you might enjoy. 

Virtual Simply Skin 

This is really great for a first visit with me (although not essential). We can spend a good amount of time talking through your skin and any concerns you might have - come armed with your questions and together we can design a skincare routine that works for you. This is followed by a bespoke facial designed to suit you and your skin’s needs.

Using some of my favourite green and conscious skincare brands, I’ll cleanse, (gently) exfoliate and apply a mask along with lots of relaxing massage – head, neck, shoulders and face (you might fall asleep!).

We can focus on relaxing, calming, lifting – whatever you need/would like that day. We'll release stress and tension in the muscles and surrounding tissues to boost circulation and encourage healthy lymphatic flow. My hands are my main tools, but I sometimes use beauty tools such as crystal mushrooms and Guasha.

I’ll follow up with written notes and a new routine for you to follow at home.

In Person Simply Skin Consult Followed By Bespoke Facial 

This is a beautiful facial tailored to suit you. Whether it's for relaxation, prep for an important event or tackling a skin concern we'll customize the treatment for what you and your skin need on the day.

I’ll send an online questionnaire beforehand but we’ll have a quick check in on the day to see how you and your skin are doing. I’ll then tailor the facial to whatever you and your skin need.

Using some of my favourite green and conscious skincare brands, I’ll cleanse, (gently) exfoliate and apply a mask (or two!) along with lots of relaxing massage – head, neck, shoulders and face.

Bespoke Facial

More than a facial, this is a reset for your skin, but also for your nervous system.

The Reset taps into several systems of the body to create a positive impact on the skin, fascia, muscular, circulatory, lymphatic and nervous systems, as well as creating balance and flow to the body’s energy. Through massage we stretch, tease and release tension. Facial contours soften, flow is restored.

I’ll use my favourite green and conscious skincare brands to cleanse, exfoliate and nourish. Then massage your face, neck, shoulders and scalp using different techniques bespoke to your needs. Intraoral can be included if desired – this brings relief to any tension in the jaw and lifts and brightens the complexion. We finish with LED and foot massage to gently ground you (or hand if preferred). 

You'll feel super relaxed and rejuvenated by the end of it and your skin will feel amazing. This is a beautiful treatment to really help you reset and restore, supporting skin but also emotional wellbeing.
