Using Swedish massage with long flowing strokes, petrissage, effleurage, tapotement, in order to circulate and move stagnant energy, throughout the body, often combining other techniques like Thai (with resistance stretches) Tui na, Shiatsu, Reflexology, & Deep Tissue , Etc...

Swedish/Therapeutic Massage with 1 Therapist - 1 on 1 session that is  generally based on Swedish Style techniques, with long flowing strokes using strokes like effleurage, petrissage, tapotement, can be deep slow strokes to very light touch.  This type of massage improves blood circulation, reducing anxiety, stress (mentally and physically) as circulation brings in fresh blood, oxygen and nutrients muscle tension decreases, as the cortisol hormone is reduced and Serotonin is released and this helps improve sleep quality and overall body functions.  Can also Reduce symptoms of depression and PTSD.

Depending on what we determine which is discussed before the session we may add in bits of Thai (stretching and breathwork) Tuina, Shiatsu, Reflexology as we believe every body is different what works for one may not work for another in the treatment they need.

When we provide the Tandem massage session for couples we do them back to back working on 1  person at a time.  While the other one is welcome to sit and observe us working on their partner, or we can set you up on our wifi network if you want to bring your laptop or pad and do some work.     Many of our couples enjoy observing their partner getting worked on.  
4 Hands, 2 Therapists working 1 Body let it be yours!  This is 2X's the bodywork in 60 or 90 minutes.

Pink Himalayan full body salt scrub with Unscented Coconut Oil, Honey, Brown sugar and essential oils (sports blend that includes but not limited to Peppermint, Spearmint, Clove Bud, Eucalyptus, Lemon Grass) We apply the Scrub while you lay on the table, after we take you to the shower where you spend 10 minutes rinsing off the salt in luke warm water.  
Then we bring you back out to fresh table setup to provide your massage.

BODY SCRUB -ADD ON TREATMENT

Some men love their chest hair and the trail leading down to the shaft and sac, but that is where it stops, so we had to offer the trimming of the Chest and Treasure trail, shaving the Shaft and Sac, Crack and glutes

Remember anything you want to have that smooth shaved feeling, bring your preferred 3-5 blade razor.  

If you pic up gillette Fusion 5 Blade razors, we have a handle we can use.

2 - Trim Legs, Crack & Glutes leaving some hair or 
3 - Legs only Shave Smooth

 (Again please bring New Razor cause the last thing you want to find out after we start is your razor has been damaged or dull from being prior use. A small cut with used blade can cause an infection)

If you know you have excessive/thick hair and are planning to do smooth shaving of a large area of your body please bring more than one 3-5 blade razor.
