This stone massage is using Himalayan Salt stones so the temperature needs to be a little cooler or they’d disintegrate!

Add ear candling to any treatment for a cheaper way to balance & protect a sensitive area.  This does not remove wax but helps soften wax, boost the immune system, aid balance, promote healing to things such as vertigo, infections etc

Add this on to a standard massage to increase pain and stress relieve.  Hot stones are placed on key body points such as spine and shoulders

Using forks which are calibrated to the seven main chakra points, this add on can really boost any therapy and promote well being, deep relaxation and balancing of the emotions

Best added within a full body massage or back, neck and shoulders.  The tuning forks are calibrated to each vertebrae of the spine and can help ease tension, pain, strain and nerve compression

The thumper machine is normally used by chiropractors to help soften, heat and prepare muscles.  It can be an extra benefit to problem areas of tension so is worth adding on to other treatments

Bach remedies can be life changing.  4 drops added to a drink 4 times a day is all it takes for gradual improvement in any emotional issue.

Bach remedies are non toxic and safe for children and animals.  It is impossible to take too much.

I only use medical EU approved ear candles to soothe and calm the respiratory system.  Contrary to popular belief, no wax is removed during this therapy however the ear canal is warmed and congestion can be eased considerably.  This therapy also includes a 20 min face/scalp massage while the inner ears rebalance if you go for the hour treatment or you can add it on to a different therapy

Indian head massage stimulates the mind, face, balances the top three chakras, encourages hair growth, warms neck/shoulder muscles, boosts the immune system and a whole lot more! The therapy is done in a seated position and you remain fully clothed.

Basically… everything the adults get but as it’s usually the parents that end up paying plus teenage skin requires more treatments, I will always offer it cheaper for anyone under 18.

The treatment will remain exactly the same as the adults with the exception of neck/shoulder/facial massage and instead incorporates more of the electrical facial machinery

An upgrade on the traditional facial as this treatment incorporates steaming, depilex brushing, some upgraded products, eye gel pads and a bespoke facial oil made specific for your skin.  The face mask will be skin specific but can include either hot mud, paraffin wax, hot oil, clay or cream

Please note, my pedicure is about ‘cure’ing the Pedi (Latin for foot!) I am not a beautician!  This treatment is everything about getting your feet & nails healthy and I'm the first go say my nail polish skills are not the best!  The treatment includes-

Luxury Pedicure - From July only 

Fertility can be a sensitive subject.  Reflexology is renowned for helping to regulate periods, boost fertility, improve sperm mobility and ease menopause.

If you are trying to regulate a period, it is advisable to have this weekly for 8 weeks for best results.  For fertility, try to have this one or two days before ovulation to help prepare the womb and enhance internal conditions.

Fertility Reflexology Single

It takes two to make a baby!  Not only can some issues come from the male side but it can be incredibly stressful for a couple to go through and therefore it is advisable for both to receive treatment at the same time.  This also enhances the support for eachother and eases the stresses involved.

For fertility, it is advisable for a couple to have a treatment one or two days before ovulation
