Today was my first time at the wellness retreat and it was fabulous. Kate was so welcoming,  professional , friendly and made me feel so relaxed. Time was carefully taken over discussing which treatments would suit my skin best. The treatment its self was incredible ive never had a facial like it and left glowing. The knowledge Kate gave me was fantastic and I cannot wait to explore more treatments in order to promote better skin and personal wellbeing for myself. Dermalplaning is a minimally invasive cosmetic procedure, It can help reduce the appearance of acne scars or other skin imperfections by revealing newer, undamaged skin. Dermalplaning is great for exfoliation, it removes dead skin cells and vellus hair which allows for better penetration of skin care, smooth application of makeup, and improves skin brightness.

PRF involves taking a small blood sample, which is spun in a centrifuge, this preserves the platelets and fibrin, key components in skin and hair rejuvenation, both improving collagen and elastin within the skin.
