This massage is focusing on the area which tends to be the most achey and painful area the back neck and shoulders. My treatments starts with body brushing which helps stimulate the blood flow and relaxes the skin before using a calming smooth oil where my massage uses techniques to help improve shoulder mobility and relieve muscles tension and aches. 

Back Neck & Shoulder Massage 

This treatment is introduced with three deep breathes with an essential oil to help relax & calm your body. Using a hydrating rose facial oil to carry out the lymphatic drainage techniques used for a slow, deep facials.

It starts off with body brushing on the back to get rid of all the dead skin cells of the surface of the skin, followed by a detoxing mask which is left on until tight and dry whilst a hot foot cleanse is swept off your foot, either a leg or arm massage of your choice, the mask if taking off with warm mitts to help take the application fully off where your wrapped up with a warm towel afterwards, using a warm massage balm to melt into the skin where it’s been cleansed and purified. A relaxing massage of the area you would like focused is performed finishing off with a silky smooth body cream.

Enjoy a 30 min leg and foot massage. 
You have been on your foot all day have time to lie down and have a in-depth targeted foot massage to make them feel loose and happy again. Back problems tend to come from the feet there the main root problem so if you struggle with migraines or headaches I would definitely try a foot and leg massage. 
Starting with a foot cleanse wrapped in a hot towel afterwards whilst there snuggled up warm a whole leg massage is performed with the foot massage after melted into one.
