Face Up Method 

Manual Face Lift
Inspired by the Helena Pahava Method, this treatment blends lymphatic drainage, nervous system relaxation, deep muscle release, and advanced buccal massage to lift, sculpt, and smooth the face — all by hand, with no machines. We follow a precise sequence to release tension, improve circulation, and support collagen naturally. You’ll also receive simple at-home facial exercises to help maintain your results between sessions.

Before booking, consider the following:

- If you've had recent invasive facial treatments, wait:
  - 4 weeks after Botox
  - 6 weeks after fillers
  - 12 weeks after threads
  - 4 months after dental implants
  - 1 year after any facelift or surgery

- If you're sensitive to facial treatments or products, please inform us before booking, as the facial may not be suitable for you.
