James finds it extremely rewarding to work with his community, from restoring flexibility and functionality amongst the elderly, to helping youngsters prevent injuries and achieve peak performance. James is having particularly great results with the elderly in his community. He helps them let go of old stiffness and discomfort, giving them a chance to enjoy a more active and pain-free life.
