Using techniques such as gua sha, acupressure, reiki and crystals to restore inner and outer harmony and radiance.

Sound Healing

A tender Reiki session woven with the plant medicine of the Rose.

This bespoke 75-minute session opens with an intentional ritual that gently invites presence and inner awareness. We employ the Rose’s calming and emotionally healing properties by sharing a cup of rose tea infused with rose tincture. From this space of connection, a personalized practice is intuitively offered to support your current emotional and energetic state. This may include journaling, pranayama, meditation, or somatic movement. You are then invited to rest and receive 30 minutes of Reiki, to further promote a sense of inner alignment, deep relaxation, and emotional balance. The session closes with a moment of quiet reflection to help ground and integrate before you return to your day.

This experience is especially supportive for those navigating emotional shifts, burnout, grief, or simply seeking a softened return to self. Leave feeling energetically balanced, emotionally restored and gently empowered.

Rose + Reiki 

Energy Healing

These sessions are designed as a lower cost offering to our community. Each appointment is entirely bespoke. The modalities used are at the discretion of the practitioner, in dialogue with their client. Sessions will typically involve a combination of card pulling, reiki, light touch, sound, and signature NEIGHBOURHOOD APOTHECARY scents.
