Shawn is amazing. He asked a lot of questions before the massage started, so he knew what issues I wanted him to help me with, and he clearly listened to what I said. His deep tissue massage was just the right level of firmness, and he seems really nice. 

Highly recommend. Shawn is professional and very talented. I went in for a sprain in my back and he made it feel better without any additional pain in the process. He also came up with a treatment plan to go along with my physical therapists. The office is clean and welcoming. I'll absolutely be retuning. 

This is a phone intake interview (optionally, with video) in which I will get to know you and the details of your case.  We will discuss your needs, history with massage, and some medical history pertinent to manual therapy.  This will allow me to build the best, unique session for you.

This is our classic, 60-minute session for someone who wants to reconnect with their body, relieve tension, and support overall good health. Whether it's targeted work to address a specific issue or an intention for relaxation, this is the massage for you. Before the session, our therapist will conduct a detailed intake to understand your health history and specific massage goals. Please arrive 5 minutes before your appointment to maximize your session.

60 Minute Classic Experience

Our 75-minute massage is an extended session for someone who needs some additional care beyond the classic relaxation treatment. This is great for those with a history of chronic tension or soreness from overexertion. Before the session, our therapist will conduct a detailed intake to understand your health history and specific goals for massage. Please arrive 5 minutes before your appointment to make the most of your session.

75 Minute Swedish + Deep Tissue Massage

Perhaps you're beginning your healing journey from stubborn, chronic pain and dysfunction.  Or maybe you're in post-operative care and seeking pain management and mobility.  Whatever your circumstances, this 90-minute session applies evidence-based approaches from massage and neuromuscular therapy to facilitate recovery.  Before the session, our therapist will conduct a detailed intake to understand your health history and specific goals for massage.  Please arrive 5 minutes before your appointment to make the most of your session.
