This is an excellent treatment for relaxation.
It is my interpretation of an Indian head massage. I like to do it with you laying down on the couch so you can fully let go of tension and relax. 

This includes a massage of upper back, shoulders and neck, head massage and then warm towels are placed on your face before a cleanse using sienna x products, a massage of your face and some pressure point work and finished with sienna x moisturiser.
