Being out of alignment looks different for everyone. Our innate individuality means that we are all affected differently by stress, emotional events, trauma and pain. Kinesiology connects with your subconscious mind to pinpoint exactly what YOUR body requires in order to release and heal any beliefs, emotions or experiences that are not allowing you to thrive at an optimum level.
