• No botox 3 weeks before

• Do not take Fish Oil or Vitamin E for 1 week before as these are natural blood thinners

• Avoid aspirin and ibuprofen for 2 days before. 

• Do not wax or tint brows 3 days before

• Service cannot be performed if you are pregnant or breastfeeding

• If you are on any medication or have any medical conditions, please ensure that you obtain the go ahead from your physician 

The following are to be avoided for 7 days after your service:  

• Increased sweating
• Gym and Sports
• Swimming
• Sauna, hot baths, lengthy showers or jacuzzi
• Sun tanning or salon tanning
• Lasers, chemical peels, or use of creams containing retinoids or acids
• Facials for 6 weeks 
• Heavy household tasks that involve a lot of airborne debris

Hi there! Thank you for your interest in our Services😃.  Please review our policies and do not hesitate to contact us should you have any further queries. 

• Please note that we operate by appointment only.  Directions to the studio are provided upon confirmation of your appointment. 

• Should you think you will arrive later than your selected appointment time, please whatsapp or call Alicia at 2462345558 to advise accordingly and to ensure that you can still be accommodated. 

• Appointments will automatically be cancelled after 15 minutes and labeled as 'no show'.  Should your account be labeled as 'no show', you will no longer be able to book online. A rebooking fee of half your service fee will then be due in order to rebook. 

• We do not encourage additional persons in studio. However, we understand that circumstances arise where you may be required to bring a guest. Please advise us, prior to your appointment, should you need to bring anyone to the studio with you.

• Some of our services require a non refundable deposit when booking. Please read your preferred service/s carefully to ensure your appointment/s are not cancelled.

• A non refundable deposit is required for all new clients. Deposits are outlined in the requisite service descriptions.

• Deposits can be paid via online transfer, 1st Pay or cash at the studio. After booking, please contact Alicia at 2462345558 to make arrangements for payment of your deposit. 

• Deposits are deducted from your service total and are non transferable to others.

In this service, we give you the best pair of brows to compliment your features. 

Ombré brows is a semi-permanent service which lasts 1 to 2 years, sometimes more, with touch up. Pigment/ink is introduced into your skin with the use of a needle to create awesome brows that mimic a Makeup Look. Colour is selected/mixed to match complexion to heal dark brown. 

Before placing your booking, please read the pre and post service information regarding the service to ensure that you can proceed. 

❗️Ombré Brows - Virgin Brows Only - Non Refundable Deposit of $100 required when booking

In this service, we add a dash of colour to the front of your brows or give you your preferred colour brows with the perfect shape to compliment your features. Colours include hues of red, blue, purple

Ombré brows is a semi-permanent service which lasts 1 to 2 years, sometimes more, with touch up. Pigment/ink is introduced into your skin with the use of a needle to create awesome brows that mimic a Makeup Look.

This service covers your custom design which includes a combination of nail art,  3d designs, gems, nail art, etc.  If you have a design in mind, please send to us so we can quote you accordingly. Hi Maintenance Full Set - Deposit of $30 required when booking

Refill of acrylic set previously done by at a different establishment. Before selecting this service, please send a photo to Alicia at 2462345558 to ensure that we can proceed with this service. 1 accent nail per hand is included. Should you require additional accent nails, please choose Hi Maintenance Refill. Please also add Nail Repair if any of your extensions are missingor be repairing.
