This service is best for those who are new to stretching or just need a quick stretch after activity or working out.
This is a clothes on service.

30 min stretch

Lymphatic drainage is a TREATMENT not massage that helps to relieve swelling that happens with medical treatments or illness that blocks your lymphatic system. This is a very gentle and slow service that encourages multiple sessions for best results.
Post-op clients are required to book a 15 min consultation before booking and choose from 3, 6, or 15 sessions. 

Lymphatic Drainage 

Having nagging back pain that just doesn't seem to go away?

Booking this service allows me to solely focus on your back, upper glutes and chest area to help alleviate some of those chronic aches and pains we have daily.

Upper Body Massage

This massage allows you to focus just on your lower legs and feet. A soothing way to release stress from standing, running, etc. helps with calf pain, plantar fasciitis and more.

Hot Stone Massage (In Suite)

Medium pressure full body massage that includes cupping in areas of chronic pain such has back, legs, shoulders. Cupping allows for more blood flow to the area which allows for more healing and release of tension. 

*Cupping does cause bruising that could last 2-6 days depending on the area.
