I’ve had massage sessions with Steph before and they’ve always been fantastic, but during last visit she suggested I try reflexology because I struggle with water retention and often feel heaviness in my legs. I decided to give it a go, and I’m really glad I did.

Steph has such a calm and grounding presence that you feel relaxed the moment you walk in. The reflexology session itself was deeply soothing, and I noticed a lightness in my legs and feet afterwards that I hadn’t felt in a while. She clearly knows her stuff!

I had a reflexology treatment. Steph was warm and welcoming, the treatment was just what I needed to relax, the lavender eye mask was a nice addition. I would recommend to others.
