My apologies you feel this way, the time allocated is one hour, the massage is 45 mins, time inbetween is consultation, with any health conditions etc and afterwards is time to come around as most of my clients are very sleepy afterwards.

Sorry I misunderstood you in the salon and I will send back the £3 for the treatment you should have had.

As I had explained I was poorly last week and had misplaced messaging you re patch test, I am pleased I managed to keep the appointment I’m just sorry you were left feeling disappointed.

Originally booked for a lash lift but was not asked to come in for a patch test so this couldn’t go ahead. 
As I had booked time off work I asked for an Indian head massage instead. Plus I had paid the £12.50 deposit already. 
Head massage is advertised for 1 hour but lasted 40/45 mins.
I asked as a gesture of goodwill and since I was a new customer, whether I could pay £25 price of a lash lift given that this didn’t happen through no fault of my own but that was not the case.
I was charged £28 for a nice but fairly basic Indian head massage.

Removal of previous polish prior to a new application, polish is filed away and nails wrapped in cotton wool, with acetone on and then foil nail wraps for 10 mins.
