Aromatherapy Full Body Massage

Sports massage helps to release and reduce tension in muscles, improve circulation and encourage the removal of waste products such as lactic acid during high intensity activity and can help to relax the body. This is more of a specific area treatment.

Cupping massage increases blood circulation to the area where the cups are placed. This will relieve muscle tension, which can improve overall blood flow and promote cell repair.
