Got my first Brazilian wax by Sue. She was professional, thorough, and a great story teller. 

We have 7 different waxes and choose whats best for your skin type. Although we offer threading it is not our preferred method as it does not not remove the hair from the root properly and can cause ingrowns.

All wax services are performed in the same technique. Waxing Technician sanitizes her hands and cleanses the area to be treated on client. Hairs are removed opposite of the hair growth direction to give the client the best, cleanest, painless wax possible. All services are completed with a wax remover and a gentle massage on area treated.

Facial Wax includes Cleanse, Wax, toner, moisturizer, and spf. Eyebrows is not included in a facial wax, that is a separate service.

Add on a high frequency treatment to your wax service close your pores and reduce redness. $3

Vajacial is a facial for your lady parts. It treats in-grown hairs, removes dead skin cells and smooths bumps around the bikini line, prevents acne and helps maintain healthy, hydrated skin.

Body Waxing

Dip nails are created by brushing the nail w/glue, dipping nails in colored powder, and resulting in a smooth no chip shiny surface. Iits gentler on the nails and its vitamin E infused so you will see healthier nails with each service.

Hybird Gel is a combination of the best qualities of both liquid and powder acrylics and is a breakthrough nail enhancement that can be applied as an overlay or used to sculpt a full set. It adds strength, shine, no chip coat and durability that is much less damaging than traditional acrylics.

IBX treatment is a penetrating toughening agent that fuses together the nail's top layers to improve nail plate integrity. used to  keep your natural nails strong so they grow long, heal from discoloration, furrows, lines, brittleness, and weakness.

Before coming in: 

Soak in 1 cup apple cider vinegar, 1 cup lemon juice, 1 cup warm water, 2 tablespoons of baking soda, 2 tablespoons of  salt 15-30mins

Repeat as much as possible. 

This will break down the accumulated buildup.

Be sure to come in with dry hair, so allow the hair time to air dry before your appointment.

Facials Performed in Private Spa Room are customized to clients needs. Proskin facials always begin with a double cleanse and face mapping, then 1 or all 4 middle modules are used, followed with dermal layering. 

The middle modules used are customized to clients needs: Resurfacing, Extractions, Touch Therapies, and/or Deep Treatment.

Dermalogica ProSkin Facial Treatments

Before Service: Shower, Shave/Wax, & exfoliating. A fresh layer of skin helps the solution properly adhere to your body, so you get an even, flawless looking tan. 
Day of appointment: clean skin, refrain from using moisturizers, makeup, perfumes, lotions, oils or deodorants that may cause a barrier between your skin and the airbrush tanning solution. We recommend avoiding wearing jewelry, undergarments, socks, tight clothing–or white clothing, until after your first shower.
Wait at least 8 – 10 hours after your appointment before showering…to ensure it’s had adequate time to develop! The longer the better for optimum results!
We recommend rinsing with warm water only for your first shower. (no bar soap!) Do not exfoliate for at least 5 – 7 days. Keep in mind, added bronzers will wash away during the first shower, this is normal!
After each shower use a Daily Moisturizer to prolong the life and depth of your tan. When well-maintained, a quality airbrush tan will last 7-10 days.

Air Brush Tanning

Hot stone massage employs a variety of strokes and techniques using the stones and hands, working over kinks in your muscles. You are unlikely to feel the intensity, since your muscles will be relaxed by the heat of the stones. Your therapist will alternate between hot basalt stones and hand massage.

Benefits: Combining hot stone protocols with a full body massage provides a very healing and effective experience. The hot stones also expand blood vessels, which encourages blood flow throughout the body. The hot stones have a sedative effect that can relieve chronic pain, reduce stress and promote deep relaxation.

A chemical peel is a technique used to improve and smooth the texture of the skin. Facial skin is mostly treated, and scarring can be improved. Chemical peels are intended to remove the outermost layers of the skin.

Microdermabrasion sloughs off the dead and dull surface layers of the skin, stimulating an increase in collagen production and rejuvenation. Keratin Treatment

Color Consultation

A perm is a chemical treatment that is used to add curl and body to your hair. There are 2 steps to this service: wrapping your hair around rods, and applying the chemical treatment.

This service has lost its popularity in the 2000s  but is now coming back as one of the hottest trends.

Perm Wrap

Relaxer is a chemical service used to relax and alter the bonds of your hair. Great for clients with tight curls or very curly hair, it will loosen curl pattern and remove frizz.

Toner is a product that neutralizes brassy yellow and orange tones on bleached hair. Its also great if your looking for shine or to refresh color such as reds or black.

Full Highlight: up to 35 foils placed throughout the head.

A toner will almost  always be needed to be added on, to achieve the tone desired.

Corrective Color is needed when a client decides to make a drastic change to lighten hair. Usually means we would strip the color with a safe color remover first, then lighten the hair to get the color desired. Expected time 4-8 hours.

Color Correction

Balayage are dark pieces left on the bottom to create dimension and a more natural look. This technique looks like natural sun-kissed highlights throughout the hair. The transition is more natural and it is less maintenance than an ombre. 

An ombre is a popular look defined by hair that is dark athe root, and blends into a lighter and lighter shade as it gets to the ends. 

Flamboyage is a new hot trend and a low maintenance hair color technique. it is a combination of ombre and balayage, where foil is used to color the hair and achieve a soft peek-a-boo highlight.

Intense Deep Conditioning Treatments are our Redken shots of feep moisture, protein, color lock, frizz control, or length sealer.

Olaplex Treatment is a bond builder that repairs crossed links broken disulfide bonds damaged anytime you lighten, color, relax, perm, or do any type of chemical service. Olaplex is about mitigating further damage and repairing current hair.

HeatCure erases and restores 1 year of hair surface damage, results in soft, shiny conditioned hair. We also carry the at Home Self Masks.

Deep Conditioning Treatments

Scalp Treatment relieves dry flaky scalp, removes  dandruff, kills bacteria, and aids in hair growth. *Manually Technique: involves exfoliating the scalp, conditioning the scalp, and a 10 minute massage. Rids the hair from flaky scalp, and improves blood circulation to stimulate hair growth. *High Frequency makes use of low-current and high frequency. Treatment involves exfoliating the scalp, then combing the scalp with an electrode comb. This will stimulate the nerves and produce hair growth. Its also lets off an infra and ultra rays to improve blood circulation and kill bacteria relieving clients of sensitivities experienced from psoriasis and eczema. *Laser Regrowth Therapy: This device emits gentle, red beams of light which make contact with the scalp to provide hair growth. This method gives the fastest results of all our treatments.  Great for women who are struggling with thinning hair short term during pregnancy, menopause, or certain medications

Full face tint offers quick, safe & gentle solutions to blend hair with your natural skin tone, making it virtually invisible.

Full Face Tint

Eyebrow-tinting is a color service that uses semi-permanent vegetable dye to enhance color, shape, and thickness — or all of the above. The benefits are 
immediate. 

Tinting may even highlight brow flaws like patchiness or scar tissue, the color will last from 3 days to 3 weeks, and can be applied as often as needed. Client should avoid oil based moisturizers, face washes and any oil based face products for it will break down the tint faster. It is perfectly fine and safe to take a shower after tinting.

Eyelash Tinting gives the eyes definition and lets you go without mascara, at least for a few weeks until eyelashes fall out and are replaced by new ones (this happens naturally whether they're tinted or not).

Strip lashes should last through the end of the night, however,they can last longer if you do not rub or use oil products.

An added benefit to the individual lashes is that they are designed to last much longer than a one day use.
