The initial assessment is for us to work together to come up with a suitable sleep plan that best fits you, your needs and your lifestyle.
During this appointment we will discuss your sleeping habits, your bedroom, life stresses, job stresses, diet etc all of which have a huge impact on your quality of sleep

Follow up appointments are to check how you’re getting on with the sleep plan and also make adjustments if anything needs to be amended or changed.
I will work together with you, in order to help you benefit the most from the sleep coaching you need to be committed and willing to do what it takes in order to fully maximise the benefits and improve your overall sleep quality

The sleep programme runs for 8 weeks & Includes the initial assessment and 3 follow up appointments.
Each sessions will be 2 weeks apart, all sessions need to be completed in order for you to maximise the benefits of this sleep programme

This massage is a specialist seated acupressure massage, it is a Non invasive treatment, A specialist chair is used, you stay fully clothed and no oils are used.
It targets the pressure points on your back, arms, neck, shoulders, head and hands.
There are many health, mental and emotional  benefits to seated acupressure
