We help people in Bulgaria get in shape and keep it by improving their quality of life ... Our methodology is 80% Proper Nutrition, 20% Activity, and Training and 100% Proper Attitude and Environment. 80% of our focus is on a healthy and balanced diet as it leads to rapid results. 20% of our attention will be focused on training and various activities that help us tighten and shape our bodies.
