Russian Manicure, also known as a Dry or E-file Manicure is an advanced nail-prepping technique that focuses on cleaning and prepping the nails and cuticles without the use of water or soaking. 

It involves the use of different electric file tools to gently remove dead skin and clean the nail plate resulting in a precise and clean nail look.
