The spa has a lovely vibe, is clean and relaxed. However it was different to what we were used to. A pedicure even for a child (whose experiences are few and far between) usually includes a mini version of an adult experience.  So, the spa or hot towels, cream and a little massage. The same goes for a manicure. What Harper had was just polish (because her nails were neat, trimmed and shaped) and had to sit on a stool not at the tables. So it wasn’t what we’ve been used to in the past and a shame as it was $55 that her nan had spent, but was special.
