I’ve have just been to Equilize for my first session.Claire made me feel at ease.We had a good long conversation about my problems.She then got to work with her with her hands.Firstly I was given spinal flow treatment.As this wasn’t overly hands on I’ve got to trust the process.I found the Emmett a far more positive experience but only time will tell.Im hoping for good things.
