Foot reflexology is a treatment that's been practiced for centuries.  Reflexology involves applying gentle pressure on specific points along your feet to help you feel better.  Treatment begins with a warm foot soak of lavender and epsom salts to soften and cleanse the feet while a brief history is taken.  Organic balm is then applied to dry feet along with different massage techniques before the reflexology sequence begins.  Reflexology may help with stress, anxiety, fatigue, and sleep difficulty in combination with other treatments.

After an initial consultation where a full injury history is taken, Emma will gather further information through movement assessment and palpation, searcing for trigger points that may be present in dysfunctional tissue. A Trigger Point is a hyperirritable spot, palpable in the taut bands of skeletal muscles' fascia.
