Reflexology is safe, non-invasive holistic treatment which stimulates the body’s own natural healing abilities to restore balance and well-being. As a fully qualified and insured reflexologist I use a combination of special pressure techniques to soothe or stimulate reflex points on the feet or face which correspond to the systems and organs of the body. I work from my private therapy space 'The Tweet' in the village of Poppleton, 4 miles from York.
