Upon finishing my career as a professional commercial dancer/model it felt only natural to stay in the wellness industry. I offer 1 to 1 or 2 to 1 Personal Training sessions in our fully equipped, private gym based in the heart of Mapplewell village, South Yorkshire. Sessions include ongoing nutritional support and programs tailored just for you to also do at home or in the gym. 
I also offer Sports Massage Therapy and Beauty Therapy services. With over 20 years experience in the industry I am passionate about helping people become and feel the best version of themselves, inside and out.

Treatments are focused on manipulating muscle tissue back to its full functional length. Perfect for back pain, sciatica, improving posture, injury prevention and general aches & pains. Perfect for both sporting and non-sporting individuals. Full posture and movement analysis is also carried out prior to this treatment with an individual post treatment exercise prescription plan if required.

Perfect for those who want natural, maintenance-free lashes. This treatment lifts the natural lash from the root, giving the appearance of longer, thicker and curlier lashes. Perfect for holidays or if you want to just get up and go. Looks amazing with or without mascara. Results last anything from 6-8 weeks and includes a free lash tint if required.
