I have had a passion for holistic health and beauty from a young age. The human body has always fascinated me and a career in massage therapy was a natural path.
 I have now been practicing for over 12 years and have continued to add to my training and expertise. I am qualified in all types of massage therapy, from relaxing holistic treatments to deep tissue and sports massage.
I am currently studying in Advance Clinical Massage Therapy which is a level 6 BTech qualification. 
I pride myself in being highly professional with a warm and caring presence.

30 min massage 

Any type of injury or trauma to the body will set off the body’s natural protective mechanism known as the inflammatory response. 
The main identifiable signs are : Pain, Swelling, Heat, Redness as well as restriction to range of movement. 

Kinesiology taping or K-Tape has been clinically shown to help with the natural response to the inflammation as it targets different receptors within the somatosensory system. 

Correct application of K-tape will help alleviate pain and encourage the facilitation of lymphatic drainage by microscopically lifting the skin. 

Used as part of a rounded treatment approach it can be used alongside other treatments such as Massage. 

It works by supporting the muscle, lifting the tissue, helping shortened muscles to relax and weak muscles to contact correctly. 

K-Tape can act as a treatment in between treatments. Lasting for 3-5 days. 
It’s is also safe to use during pregnancy. 

Kinesiology Tape

A wonderful treatment that involves applying different amounts of pressure to the feet to provide a range of health benefits.
Its aim is to encourage healing and relieve stress and tension throughout the body.
Within the treatment I will apply pressure to certain reflexes with the aim to stimulate energy flow and send signals around the body targeting area of tension.

Reflexology 

A 45 minute seated massage treatment that concentrates on the head, neck and shoulder area.
The therapeutic effects of an Indian head massage last long after the treatment is over.
The short and long term benefits are individual, varied and cumulative.

Indian Head Massage 

Massage therapy during pregnancy has been shown to provide many benefits including, but not limited to, a sense of wellness, improved relaxation and better sleep as well as help to alleviate general aches and discomfort.
