We are so sorry of what you’ve experienced however we believe there is some misunderstanding.

You’ve WhatsApp us requesting for an appointment for,
- Removing of existing gel for feet done elsewhere
- removing of cuticles, dead skin, cut and shape for feet = classic pedicure
- removing of cuticles, dead skin, cut and shape for hands = classic manicure
- overlay for hands

According to the services you’ve requested, we then made the booking, sent you a link to check on the services, appointment date and time which you confirmed the booking whereby the confirmation email was then sent after.

Based on your request, classic manicure is at $38, overlay is at $28, classic pedicure is at $48, removal of gel done elsewhere is at $10, total will be $124 but we’ve booked a promo pack instead which is why it’s $116. Prices are stated online.

As for the peeling toe, that’s because you broke your nail which resulted in the gel splitting open.

- first & second visit in 2022 for classic mani , by Kes. Everything was great. 
- asked to book: pedi gel removal + mani & pedi overlay.
- was booked: pedi gel removal + classic mani & pedi ($88)
- end results: pedi gel removal + mani cut&shape&cuticle&dead skin removal + mani overlay (no colour) + classic pedi 
- was charged: pedi gel removal + classic mani & pedi + overlay ($116) 
- they had pure overlay service ($28) but charged me for classic mani
- overlay have many small bubbles & are uneven 
- Kei did my pedi, she’s nice and polite.
