We invite you to relax with us in our beautiful Victorian Studio located in the heart of Cardiff Bay. Our aim is to also provide a wide range of high quality massage treatments that will enable you to live fully in your body. Danielle Adams established Dakota Therapies in Cardiff in 2012, she has over 15 years of experience in bodywork and has recently completed yoga teacher training with the British Wheel of Yoga and is a member of the Massage Training Institute.
