Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy is a light touch body therapy, utilising the bodies own inherent treatment plan. As we go through life our experiences or trauma become stored in the body. I like to think of them as stamps covering our natural blueprint. We then start to present with physical pain, behavioural patterns  or illnesses that are difficult to release. During a session the client will leave clothes on as the therapist takes up a neutral position with hands on the body. Creating a safe space and covering a range of different holds the therapist is then guided by the bodies intelligence and natural unfolding process. The session will generally be an hour to 90min treatment  with an average of 45mins for adults hands on and 30mins for children. The holds include the whole body not just the cranium.

BDCST is truly amazing when working with babies and carrying mothers to be. What we are experiencing while carrying our babies can be absorbed by baby and the birthing process can really affect our outcome in life. When the birth is induced, caesarean, forceps etc it can leave lasting imprints on our health and behaviour that can be quite detrimental. The gentle techniques used in BDSCT can be extremely beneficial in helping restore and reset.
