This express treatment is ideal if you are short on time, struggle being still for long periods or haven't tried reflexology before, Reflexology can aid sleep, reduce tension, relieve stress, promote wellbeing and improve mood. 

Reflexology 

Enjoy 60 mins of calm. Typical combo time 40 mins reflexology and 20 mins reiki work
During the session I will work reflex points on your feet and lower leg to help bring a sense of calm. Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by "laying on hands" and is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one's "life force energy" is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy.

Reflexology and Reiki

We open the session with some auricular work to focus on any areas of concern and use ear seeds to allow the treatment to continue up to 5 days after the session. Then onto reiki - aimed at helping our 'life force' to flow. Then onto Cranial Reflexology  -  a holistic healing technique that focuses on the stimulation of specific points on the cranium to promote overall health and well-being. By applying gentle pressure to these reflex points, Cranial Reflexology aims to release blockages and restore the body’s natural balance.
The principles of Cranial Reflexology are based on the idea that the body has an innate ability to heal itself. By working with the cranial reflex points, practitioners can help to improve circulation, release tension, and stimulate the body’s natural healing processes. Cranial Reflexology is often used as a complementary therapy for a variety of conditions, including stress, headaches, and digestive issues.

Auricular reflexology follows the same principle as foot reflexology - your body is mapped onto the ear and I can address an area of concern with work on specific areas. I am also trained in ear seeding, this is a form of needle free acupressure using plant based seeds which can sit on the ear for up to 5 days so your treatment continues long after you leave the treatment room.
