Jeremy has excellent bedside manner, good pressure, and he really listens to find out where he needs to focus his work.

A good massage therapist is worth their weight in gold!  My massage therapist was absolutely fantastic - he really got in there and tackled those problem knots like a true professional. It was like he had a sixth sense for where the tension was hiding, and he knew just how to work it out. I walked out of there feeling like a new person!

Dr. Justin’s technique is gentle yet very effective.  I experienced considerable improvement after my first treatment.   

Arrive early for your first visit (15 minutes) so you have time to complete the intake form before your session. Intake is not included in the treatment time. Please provide at least 24 hours notice for changes, or a full cancellation fee applies. Our location is at Winnipeg Square 360 Main Street at Central Chiropractic underneath the GoodLife. 

(1) At this appointment your doctor will evaluate your unique movement patterns that have been ingrained in your body by repetitive stresses. Identifying these may help determine what is driving your dysfunction or pain.

(2) They will assess the mobility of your joints and your level of muscular control.

(3) They will determine and execute a plan to correct dysfunctional movements and sustain the results through preventative care so your body can perform at its best. Every treatment consists of joint correction and soft tissue treatment.

Chiropractic Treatment

Our location is at Winnipeg Square 360 Main Street at Central Chiropractic underneath the GoodLife.

A focused history of the primary concern will be completed, as well as a review of systems and general health history.  The exam will be focused on building a working diagnosis and to determine if there is a need for any further testing, such as x-rays.

Treatment typically begins at the end of the first session.

Your response to initial treatment will be evaluated at the second visit to determine the length and frequency of treatment needed to reach your goals.  All patients receive a customized treatment plan.

Please bring your MB Health card and any private insurance for front desk to direct bill. 

Chiropractic Initial Assessment

We have a modern digital x-ray machine.  Final images can be forwarded to a radiologist for a more detailed analysis and report and/or emailed to you directly at your request.

X-rays

At Central Chiropractic Centre we realize that your feet could attribute to your pain. If you have pain in your: lower back, hips, feet, arches, heels, knees or legs, custom made orthotics could be the answer.

There are many types of custom orthotics, and they can cost anywhere from $300 to $800. Semi-custom orthotics cost between $60 and $300, and basic off-the-shelf inserts are available for as little as $10 to $20. Some health insurance plans won't pay for custom-made orthotics so make sure you check with them first as we do not direct bill for orthotics.
