Deep tissue massage is a slower technique designed to work on long held tension in deeper muscles and tissues. It can help alleviate restricted movement, poor circulation and muscular pain. A combination of techniques can be used to tailor the treatment to your individual needs.

Swedish massage works to gently release muscle tension and stimulate the circulation. It can help relieve tense, sore muscles, increase mobility, improve sleep patterns and reduce stress levels. The treatment can be tailored to suit your specific needs, focusing on areas of the body which need more attention or working on the whole body.

Deep Tissue / Swedish Massage

Somatic Trauma Therapy is a body-centered approach that gently supports individuals in processing and healing trauma by deepening awareness of their body's physical sensations, emotions, and nervous system responses. This work helps release of stored tension and fosters resilience, grounding, and a greater sense of safety in the body.

Somatic Trauma Therapy (in person)

A specialised rebalancing treatment that works on the nervous system to promote relaxation. It includes the use of essential oils on body(and face if you wish), specifically chosen to meet your needs. The treatment is designed to stimulate circulation and encourage the flow of energy through releasing tension and stress

Aromatherapy Massage

The top to toe treatment! The Aroma Fusion treatment combines full body massage and reflexology all with a bespoke aromatherapy blend tailored to your individual needs.

Meditation

A full body and facial massage using the divine Rose Otto essential oil to nurture body and mind. This treatment is designed to soothe and calm your nervous system and leave you feeling rested and restored. 

Relax into the treatment with gentle placement of hands at specific points on the back and an invitation to take several deep breaths. Long, flowing strokes will be used down your back and legs before turning to lie on your back. Massage on the face and head are incorporated to nourish you from top to toe, followed by massage on the arms stomach and legs. Your treatment finishes with specific reflexology points on the feet to aid a sense of grounding and peace. 

Please note: This treatment follows a  carefully designed rhythm and is not a deep tissue massage. 

The Rose Ritual

A light, rhythmical form of massage designed to ease congestion in the lymphatic system. Helpful in boosting the immune system, reducing swelling/fluid retention & pre & post op

The treatment works on points all over the face and neck and includes some massage around the shoulders.
Please note this is facial massage only and does not include cleansing or masks.

Aromatherapy Facial massage

A facial massage technique which is designed to work on the muscle tone and elasticity of the skin and aims to reduce the appearance of wrinkles. The treatment combines massage, acupressure and lymphatic drainage techniques to gently release muscle tension.
This treatment is done dry, with no oils or creams. A facial oil may be applied at the end of treatment on request.
