Treatment to assist your bodies ability to start to heal itself both physical & mentally.
The central Nervous System (CNS) controls and coordinates all structures and organs in our bodies, so if it is compromised we are then just fighting the symptoms and not the root cause, we have many therapies both hands on, or talking and medication both pharmaceutical and holistic that can help to address any in balances. 
Conventional medicine is amazing but if often only treats the symptoms, not the cause, diagnostically limited to what can be seen on x-rays, scans or blood tests and treatment protocols formulated on those results.
If our CNS is compromised then we loose our capacity to start our healing process, I also give you some techniques that you can do at home, assisting you in your journey
Sessions offered on a case study basis whilst I progress through my training, with the price reflexing this.
Can be a stand alone session or can be integrated into existing massage based treatments.

Reflexology is a complementary therapy that works on the reflex areas in the feet and hands which correspond to all the organs and parts of the body.  It works on an individual bases and may assist to alleviate and improve symptoms such as everyday stress, tension, general aches and pains.
Reflexology is wonderful relaxing experience helping you to take time out from everyday pressures and perfect for improving general wellbeing which can help improve mood, aid sleep and relieve tension.
At the start of the reflexology session I will take a confidential and detailed medical history.
Sessions are usually performed on a comfortable massage couch. You will be required to remove footwear and socks but other forms of reflexology require no removal of clothing.
A visual examination of the area to be worked on will be made before beginning the precise reflexology movements.
