No extra guests or children allowed. We are home-based therefore space is limited.
Holiday appointments are unavailable.
Sundays are available for booking for an additional $30 squeeze in fee and $50 deposit that will be  included in the total cost of service . This is an off-day booking!

DEPOSIT RULES
 A non-refundable deposit of $20 (ONLY) is required within 24 hours to confirm vour booking. If you have booked anytime within two days of the  appointment your deposit is required within ONE HOUR of booking. Appointments are AUTOMATICALLY cancelled if not made within these time frames and no communication. 

Deposits are included in the final price. Please bring exact cash to your appointment.  In NO CIRCUMSTANCE can you leave without paying the full price. This deposit will not be transferable UNLESS your appointment is rescheduled at least 2 days before. This deposit will then be valid for 2 weeks exactly.

LATE ARRIVALS
It is generally expected that clients arrive on time for their appointments out of respect for other clients and their Braider. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late will be imposed with a $10 late fee, 20 minutes late will be a $20 late fee. At 30 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled.

Late Cancellations
In the case that you need to cancel your appointment, we ask that we are notified of any cancellations or rescheduling at least 24 hours prior to the appointment. No call, No show=No Rebooking
 Times given are merely an estimate. When scheduling an appointment try to ensure that your entire day is free.

Ensure that your hair is clean, dry, detangled and stretched for a more manageable and efficient braiding process.

Hi doll! You need at least 1 pack of spring twist hair or the hair used at your original appointment. Use a wet rag with shampoo and water to gently clean your scalp. Your scalp should be clean and dry for your appointment.

Hi doll! You will need 6 packs of soft Locs 18 or 24 inches and 3-4 packs of spring twist hair 12 inches or longer. You can find the hair on Amazon. Only book if you have received the hair on island.
