This session is a deep and extensive full body stretch that focuses on all major muscle groups and extremities. It's great for improving your range of motion and flexibility, while also loosening tight muscles and easing stiff joints.

For athletes and anyone staying active, assisted stretching and mobilization are essential for injury prevention, as they keep muscles and joints flexible and ready for action. They’re also perfect for everyday life—whether you're looking to recover from a tough workout or improve your posture after hours of sitting.

Sports massage is a helpful treatment for anyone who exercises regularly or does intense physical activities. It helps to improve recovery by improving blood flow, and make your joints move more easily by stretching muscles and encouraging the flow of synovial fluid in your joints.

It's usually targeted for 1-2 areas for an hour long session, so we really get to work deep in those affected areas. Sports Massage is especially for recovery after injuries by promoting healthy tissue growth, stretching fascia, and reducing unwanted scar tissue. I like to think of it as a mix of different modalities, between deep tissue work, trigger point therapy, and assisted fascial stretching.
