Lou specialises in trauma-informed and accessible approaches to embodied therapies. A tonic for the nervous system, a treatment with me is the nurturing that allows you to relax, renew and rest. Deep tissue massage allows you to deeply feel and connect with your body, soothing pain, injury, and stress. Alongside a more integrative approach from different massage and bodywork traditions that also work 'deeply' beyond the physical, these treatments respect the complexity and richness of your whole self. Therapeutic Yoga uses gentle and restorative yoga, tailored entirely to you and your needs.
