**New Service Discount! Mind-body skills coaching: 3 sessions

Mindfulness coaching in skills and practices to increase mind-body connection, reduce stress and cultivate a greater capacity for responding effectively in relationships, work and life situations.  Coaching and practices will depend on your unique way of processing and may include meditation, movement, breath work, healing touch and more.  

We will continue working with your emotional, physical and mental wellness, practicing tools, releasing trapped emotion and tensions and building capacity for greater body-mind wellness and connection.  

A bundle of 3 continuing practice and healing sessions. 6-sessions (includes initial) are a good base-line for skill-building and developing your muscle for body-mind connectedness and practice.  Builds a foundation for new neural pathways and nervous system regulation.  Developing new habits takes commitment and practice!  Save when booked together.
