Micro-needling is a treatment which aims to tighten, lift and rejuvenate the skin naturally. It is highly effective at treating fine lines and wrinkles, acne scaring, enlarged pores, sun damage and pigmentation.

It works by penetrating the skin with hundreds of micro-needles to stimulate collagen to regenerate and repair the skin naturally and safely. Resulting in healthier, brighter, younger looking skin.

My approach combines the precision and effectiveness of the micro-needling with a bespoke blend of active ingredients for your skins needs. Cocktails of topical ingredients that can be used include Retinols, Antioxidants and Peels.

A course of treatments is recommended every 4-6 weeks, for best results.

At your initial consultation, we will examine any areas you wish to treat. From this, we can put together a bespoke plan and decide whether this is the most efficient course of treatment.

Depending on the size of the area you wish to treat, we may recommend CryoPen cryotherapy once, followed by an extra visit 4-6 weeks after to confirm that all pathological tissue has disappeared. In some cases, further treatment may be needed.

Brazilian Lymphatic Drainage Massage

It is an ideal treatment for those who are suffering from heavy swollen legs and arms, and a bloated stomach. It also reduces lymphedema. You should also consider this lymphatic drainage massage if you have recently had surgery (including plastic surgery) to improve recovery. You will leave looking feeling much lighter and more relaxed.

For lasting results we recommended a course of 5 weekly treatments alongside a healthy diet, exercise and sufficient fluid intake. Combine this treatment with infrared sauna therapy or any of our body wraps to maximise benefits. This service can be applied to ANYONE with any nail condition; in fact, the nail doesn’t even need to be traumatised or diseased as the treatment will enhance “normal” nails.  This can be used to protect the nail bed after loss of a toenail/nail. When a toenail is lost, the tissue of the toe can swell, potentially resulting in problems of in-growing of the new nail. This treatment will instantaneously improve the look of nails that have been damaged by trauma e.g. stubbing, sports injuries, tight shoes and side effects of nail surgery, as well as protect nails from infection due to vertical splits.
Your nail toenail will be rebuilt using an elastic product, which unlike acrylic, will adapt to the natural nail movement.  The gel contains an anti-fungal agent, Piroctone Olamine, which helps to restore health of the nail and promote growth.
This treatment will last anywhere between 4-8 weeks dependant on aftercare & can be used on both males & females.

Your feet & lower legs are cleansed, exfoliated and then submerged into a warm foot spa containing beneficial Epsom soaking salts, which promote stress relief and reduce pain and swelling.

Your feet and lower legs are massaged with warm oil.

Finally, a warm paraffin wax is is applied to the feet.  This is a beautifully warm, luxurious & relaxing experience.

Your feet are encased in warm towels, the wax is left to set (around 10minutes) before being taken off.  At the end of your treatment a luxury balm is massaged into your feet, leaving them soft & relaxed.

A calming & soothing mask that is applied after a Hollywood or Brazilian wax. This mask is applied to the pubic mound and helps calm and soothe the skin. It’s antibacterial and anti inflammatory ingredients will also help to reduce any hyperpigmentation and ingrown hairs. 

Vagicial Mask

Ideal for a first time waxer, the basic bikini is exactly as the name would suggest, a tidy up around the edges. A good option if you want to keep things on the natural side, but prefer a little more definition. Hair is removed from anywhere outside of a modest panty line (think granny pants) - so around the tops of thighs and any hair above your knickers. Pants stay on for this procedure.

This is a high leg bikini wax, removing hair from the bikini line & inner thigh, (front & sides) around the back is left alone.

If you want down there to be smooth and clean of hair, without feeling too bare, This is the way to go.  Pants on for this procedure.
