Reiki is a beautiful way to heal yourself and create harmony and balance in your mind and body so that you can peacefully work through life’s challenges. Personal energy from the practitioner or client is not exchanged, given or taken. This is a unique energy that is being passed from the practitioner to the client and dispersed through the body wherever they need it most, to create space for the client to heal themselves. This energy removes anything not needed and helps balance the body’s 7 chakras. Therapeutic touch is recommended but not required. Please reach out to me if you have questions! 

Reiki Energy Session

I have recently become trained as a reiki practitioner! Massage and reiki work incredibly  well together I decided to add it to my practice. I’m offering this service is an add on to a regular massage to allow the client to release any stagnant energy either before, during or after the session. Clients choice. It is an additional 30-45 min creating a space for the client to heal themselves in any way the energy allows. Please let me know if you have questions about this amazing service!

Get ready for some DEEP relief! Ever had a kid walk on your back?? It’s like that but wayyy better! Ashiatsu is perfect for those clients who just need that extra edge! It gets down into the deepest tissues for a full body release! Clients say they feel taller and stretched out after an Ashi! We flush out the inflammation by increasing circulation and literally stretching out the muscles! All using my feet! Please note, an ashi is much different than a regular hand massage, I’ll go through everything you should expect! Also, when choosing a length of time, know that ashiatsu will feel 30 min shorter because of elements that take extra time! It’s a magical experience that I highly recommend! I hope you love receiving it as much as I love giving!

If you’re wanting a lot of body work for tension areas I would definitely recommend a 2 hour! I can spend plenty of time in each area and can hopefully get your muscles to fully relax!

2 hour Swedish Massage 

90 min is a much better option than 60 if you are wanting more specific work done. I can address more muscles and achieve better results!

60 min relaxation massage using primarily Swedish with small amounts of deep tissue if desired. Use of essential oils  for added relaxation is optional.

Massage is slow and controlled to really get into the tension areas fully. Pressure can be adjusted for your comfort and/or muscle tension. Breath is always a helpful tool in deep tissue, it allows your nervous system to relax so your muscles can too
