Your personalised massage will be performed by a qualified therapist, focusing on specific areas of tension, stress or discomfort. Remedial massage is ideal for targeted healing and aims to treat localised aches and pain, injury management or other muscular issues that have developed over time. A remedial massage can get uncomfortable at times. It typically focuses on 1-2 areas of the body and also requires client participation such as getting on and off the table to do stretching or exercises. If you were looking for a full body massage or a treatment that uses firm pressure with a relaxing approach (no getting on and off the table) we recommend a deep tissue massage instead.
