A soothing, pampering massage that will help your mind and body relax. 

The perfect way to disconnect from busy life and the stress of the day.

This is a gentle-touch massage which helps to relieve stress and sore muscles. The technique uses  long, smooth strokes, kneading and circular movements. Finishing with light tapotement to help wake the body towards the end of the massage.

Swedish Massage

This is a FIRM massage style using slow, deep strokes and sustained pressure to target the deeper layers of muscles and connective tissues.

As it is such a deep massage, you may feel achey (in a similar way to after a gym work out) for a day or two after, this will ease and shouldn't cause concern.
